BTS is Bitpanda's institutional arm (now publicly branded as Bitpanda Enterprise). It builds the financial infrastructure that other banks, fintechs, and digital asset platforms run on. The names shipping on top of it include RAKBANK, N26, Raiffeisen, LBBW, 360T, with around 30 million end users across partner institutions.

We've been embedded with their design org as a long-running partner, co-owning the work across four product surfaces and the brand layer that wraps them.

The work runs inside their sprint cycle, not alongside it. New flows, new screens, new components ship at the cadence of their own product teams, on top of one shared system.
